finest musicians in the business. Since its inception in 1983, AIRE PLAY has risen in popularity to become one of Southern California's
premier party bands...in great demand at high level corporate events,
weddings and private parties. The band's size is variable and there
are several configurations to choose from. The band is led by and features
notable saxophonist, flautist, wind synthesizer player, Bill Shreeve.
The band includes some
of the very finest musicians from San Diego. Band members are both excellent
jazz musicians and top players of Pop, R&B, Rock
and dance styles. The band features both male and female vocals
and vocal harmonies. The result is a first-rate party band that can deliver pure fun to your event. All musicians are excellent music readers which allows for complex arrangements that sound like the original songs you know and love. and sixty's and seventy's. Smooth swing and Latin standards from the
40's and 50's; Hits from the big band era.The
band's jazz repertoire is just as diverse. From traditional or "mainstream" jazz (Brubeck, Coltrane, Davis, Getz, Parker, etc.),to adult contemporary

The full variety repertoire is available with as few as 5
musicians or as many as 10 (with additional vocalists and horn section)
depending on musical needs and budget. Instrumental jazz groups are
available in sizes ranging from solo piano or guitar through five or
more pieces. Thanks to a high level of musicianship in the band and
a comprehensive book of material, the band can be configured with any
additional horn section and added vocalists, or reduced in size for
smaller events.
Its all about the sound. A great band with a terrible sound system sounds like a terrible band. A top quality audio experience is what a band is all about. Bill Shreeve Music Productions has taken great pains and spared no expense to create state-of-the-art sound for groups of 20 to 2,000! We bring Mackie CR-1604-VLZ and Allen and
Heath Mixwizard 16 channel mixers, (2) Crown K-2 (2,500 watt stereo
power amps), Klipsch and JBL speakers (up to 8 15-inch main speakers
for larger jobs), and Klipsch 18" hi powered subwoofers bi-amped
with active crossovers. The system delivers clean transparent and extremely
accurate sound reproduction from small venues at low volume to large
outdoor events at concert volume levels. A compact disk player maintains
the musical ambiance during band breaks. A wireless microphone is available
for announcements and Bill Shreeve will MC your event at no extra charge.

Lighting System includes:
